Key facts:
- 30% of GB population say that they are practising Christians; 10% of the population attend regularly at least once every month
- Although 40% of the population are unpartnered only 32% of those regularly attending church are (Unpartnered = never married, divorced or widowed)
- Just under one third of the church is unpartnered
- Among the unpartnered, a greater percentage of the ABC1 unpartnered women attend places of worship and there are also more of them in society
- There is no evidence that Christians marry younger
